Ceramic BaCe0.8Ho0.2O3-α with orthorhombic perovskite structure was prepared by conventional solid state reaction, and its conductivity and ionic transport number were measured by ac impedance spectroscopy and gas concentration cell methods in the temperature range of 600-1000 ℃ in wet hydrogen and wet air, respectively. Using the ceramics as solid electrolyte and porous platinum as electrodes, the hydrogen-air fuel cell was constructed, and the cell performance at temperature from 600-1000 ℃ was examined. The results indicate that the specimen was a pure protonic conductor with the protonic transport number of 1 at temperature from 600-900 ℃ in wet hydrogen, a mixed conductor of proton and electron with the protonic transport number of 0.99 at 1000 ℃. The electronic conduction could be neglected in this case, thus the total conductivity in wet hydrogen was approximately regarded as protonic conductivity. In wet air, the specimen was a mixed conductor of proton, oxide ion and electron hole. The protonic transport numbers were 0.01-0.09, and the oxide-ionic transport numbers were 0.27-0.32. The oxide ionic conductivity was increased with the increase of temperature, but the protonic conductivity displayed a maximum at 900 ℃, due to the combined increase in mobility and depletion of the carriers. The fuel cell could work stably. At 1000 ℃, the maximum short-circuit current density and power output density were 346 mA/cm^2 and 80 mW/cm^2, respectively.  相似文献

采用碳纳米管作为超大容量离子电容器的电极材料,应用交流阻抗频谱法,研究了超大容量离子电容器的频率响应特性.结果表明,用碳纳米管块作电极,超大容量离子电容器在频率250 mHz以下出现“电荷饱和”;而用活性炭块作电极, 超大容量离子电容器在频率为100 mHz时仍未出现“电荷饱和”,这说明碳纳米管电极超大容量离子电容器的频率响应特性优于活性炭电极超大容量离子电容器的频率响应特性.上述两类超大容量离子电容器的阻抗谱中均出现倾角约为45°的直线段,其相位角均远小于理想电容器的相位角90°.  相似文献

The corrosion and passivation of Zn powder particles dispersed in a paste electrode immersed in 0.5 M Na2SO4 and 5×10–3 M Na2HPO4 solutions were studied mainly by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The role played by diffusion in the mechanism of anodic oxidation of zinc powder particles has been shown. It was demonstrated that the anodic reactionof Zn powder in neutral or near neutral media involves at least two adsorbed intermediates. Hydrogen transport through a Pd-Ni alloy electrodeposited on a Pd substrate (Pd-Ni/Pd bilayer symmetric electrode) has been investigated using cyclic voltammetry and a.c. impedance spectroscopy combined with the electrochemical hydrogen permeation method. The permeation build-up current transients and the measured impedance spectra were analyzed using the time-lag method for the bilayer electrode and a complex non-linear least squares data-fitting method based upon the derived Faradaic admittance for the hydrogen absorption into and diffusion through the bilayer electrode under the permeable boundary condition, respectively. The value of the hydrogen diffusivity in the Pd-Ni layer was lower than that in the Pd layer. Furthermore, the values of the charge transfer resistance and equilibrium absorption constant for the Pd-Ni/Pd bilayer electrode were higher than those for the Pd single layer electrode. From the experimental results, the role of the thin Ni(OH)2 film formed on the Pd-Ni layer surface in the hydrogen transport through the Pd-Ni/Pd bilayer electrode is discussed in terms of its passivating effect and extremely large hydrogen solubility. Both cyclic-voltammetry-based and impedance-based experimental criteria that have been developed recently for the oscillatory electrochemical systems are critically appraised with two typical categories of oscillators.Consistent conclusions can be drawn by the two criteria for the category of oscillators that involve the coupling of charge transfer mainly with surface steps(e.g.ad-and desorption)such as in the electrooxidation of C1 organic molecules.Whereas,impedance-based criterion is not applicable to the category of oscillators that involve the coupling of charge transfer mainly with mass transfer(e.g.diffusion and convection) such as in the Fe(CN)6^3- reduction accompanying periodic hydrogen evolution.The reason is that the negative impedance cannot include the feedback information of convection mass transfer induced by the hydrogen evolution.However,both positive and negative nonlinear feedbacks,i.e., the diffusion-limited depletion and convection-enhanced replenishment of the Fe(CN)6^3- surface concentration,that coexist between the bistability,i.e.,Fe(CN)6^3- reduction with and without hydrogen evolution at lower and higher potential sides respectively,are all reflected in the crossed cyclic voltammogram(CCV).It can be concluded that the voltammetry-based criterion(in time domain)is more intuitive,less time-consuming and has a wider range of applications than the impedancebased one (in frequency domain).  相似文献

用浸渍法制备并采用交流阻抗、极化等技术考察了不同组成的Ni-Sm3+掺杂的CeO2(SDC) 复合镍阳极的电化学性能及相应电池的功率输出性能.结果表明,SDC掺入镍阳极后,阳极极化过电位及电池的欧姆电阻显著减小.其中阳极过电位的减小与SDC掺入镍电极引起的三相界扩展有关,但SDC的掺入同时引起了电极反应活化能的增加,造成低温下Ni-SDC的极化过电位大于纯Ni电极.高温下,Ni-SDC阳极的阻抗谱由两个半圆组成,其中高频半圆随着SDC掺入量的增加而减小,而低频环与SDC的掺入量基本无关.低温下只观察到一个高频环.高频环可能对应三相界反应,而低频环可能对应氢的解离吸附及扩散.75%(w)Ni-25%(w)SDC/La0.9Sr0.1Ga0.8Mg0.2O3(LSGM)/Sm0.5Sr0.5CoO3(SSC)在所研究的电池中具有最大功率输出密度,其值在1073、973、873 K下分别达到1.1、0.43、0.14 W•cm-2.  相似文献

The corrosion of printed circuit boards can be effectively prevented with a polyurethane conformal coating. In this study, the protective performance of PU coating was investigated systematically through electrochemical measurements and simulated exposure/immersion tests. Some fungi tests were also included. All experimental results show that a polyurethane coating effectively inhibits corrosion on printed circuit boards. The optimal thickness of the coating film should be about 60 μm. Long-term exposure tests showed that this coating material could preserve the reliability of the investigated printed circuit boards for more than 400 days in a 90% relative humidity environment at 25°C.  相似文献

研究了以LiClO4掺杂的聚乙二醇聚氨酯双离子导体及磺酸型聚乙二醇聚氨酯离聚物单一离子导体的阻抗谱,给出了多相快离子导体交流阻抗测试系统的等效电路.通过阻抗谱计算机解析,计算得出了样品的基本电学参数.通过讨论界面阻抗的色散现象,计算出样品的离子电导率,和阻抗谱解析法得到的结果相一致.  相似文献

在Tris-NaC1*(pH=7.2)缓冲溶液中,应用循环伏安法,微分脉冲伏安法、旋转圆盘电极实验、交流阻抗法及其数据模拟等技术研究了Cu(phen)2 25(phcn=1.10-邻菲咯啉)与6-巯基嘌呤(6-MP)的相互作用.结果显示.Cu(phen)2 2MP与6-MP无论在扩散控制过程或电化学控制过程都发生了相互作用.Cu(phen)2 2及其与6-MP的作用产物于铂电极上均呈现一对氧化还原峰,但后者呈现的氧化还原峰负移.峰电流减小.交流阻抗结果显示,无论6-MP存在与否,Cu(phen)2 2在交流阻抗谱上均呈现两个清晰的电容弧,但当6-MP存在时,电化学反应电阻和电化学吸脱附电阻均增大.Cu(phen)2 2在不同转速下的阻抗拟合结果显示.随转速增大.电化学反应电阻和电化学吸脱附电阻均减小.双电层电容呈增大趋势,而吸脱附电容呈减小趋势:当6-MP存在时.仍然呈现此变化规律.  相似文献
